Fannie Mae offers Qualified home buyers new incentives!
Just when you wondered whether there would be any new incentives for home buyers, here comes Fannie Mae with a new one! This 3.5% of the sale price benefit can be used toward closing costs and even home warranty. Time frame: offers must be submitted after 9/23/10 and CLOSE withint 60 days of offer and no later than 12/31/10. Let's buy some homes people!
Fannie Mae offers Qualified home buyers new incentives!
Qualified homebuyers must be owner-occupants and can receive up to 3.5 percent of the final sales price which can be used toward closing cost assistance, including a home warranty, if desired and available. Eligible offers must be submitted on or after Sept. 23, 2010, and must close by Dec. 31, 2010. The sale must close within 60 days of the offer being accepted.
