wow, so what round of foreclosures will that cause? Could I assume more supply same demand = price drop
Another wave coming? Or hopefully, lenders are more considerate with loan modification.

Just relaying what I heard on Bloomberg, and also heard it on the Fox News Channel as well. They were saying that we have about 12 month supply (4.3 M homes) on the market now, just over 7M in shadow, and then the possible problems with the upcoming ARMs, that could be another 3 to 4 years worth of inventory. You are right, down go the values. We won't see concrete poured and hammers swing for years to come.
