------------------------------------------------------------
What's the best part of being a Realtor on Maui? Getting to see some of these beautiful homes for sale that are truly inspirational. See what the September Caravan has to offer in these fine properties listed below.
1. Sweet Deal, Haiku $389,500.00
- very clean 3BD/2BA starter home with tile and bamboo floors, huge master suite with private deck
- corner lot within walking distance of downtown Haiku, small neighborhood just 1 block long
2. Vacant Land, Peahi $399,000.00
- 2 acres with county water meter, nice regular shape, all usable and level, ocean views
- possibly the best value for a 2 acre home site in Haiku today, close to Hana Highway
3. Private Setting, Haiku $575,000.00
- end of the road privacy and surrounded by 2 acres homesites, this 2-story 4BD/3BA home sits amidst tall trees
- floor plan is set up as 2 apartments, upstairs and down, with a 2 car garage as well, orange orchard and tropical flowers
4. Valley Views, Haiku $647,000.00
- private half acre with immaculate 3BD/2BA home that enjoys valley views with a glimpse of ocean, eucalyptus trees
- lots of windows and light, open beam ceiling, large lanai, deluxe kitchen, central vac, home was updated in 2009
5. Quality Cottage, Peahi $745,000.00
- almost new 3BD/1BA cottage on 3 all usable and level acres, room to build your large main house, ocean views
- high ceilings, bamboo floors, granite and travertine, huge covered lanai is tiled, garage is enclosed as third bedroom
6. Gated Getaway, Haiku $1,200,000.00
- overpriced 4BD/3BA 2 story home with too much clutter and tasteless furniture, what are they thinking?
- so what if it's got a detached garage and garden gazebo and non-conforming tutu quarters, it's still way too much for a single home on 2 acres
7. Classic Beach Home, Spreckelsville $1,800,000.00
- rare half acre lot in beach neighborhood is large enough lot for another home, lily pond and Japanese garden with waterfall
- 4BD/4BA single level 1950's home is elegant yet understated, hardwood floors, formal dining room, guest suite with own entrance
- huge covered lanai is the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy the mild tropical climate, walk to beach and country club

There's a new place to eat in Haiku, called
Cafe Prana Nui. They serve Thai food, which is very popular over here. It's just a lunch wagon really, set up in the parking lot of the
Haiku Marketplace, in downtown Haiku. I'm so hungry right now I'm thinking of heading over there and trying them out!
