Real Estate Agent with Mark Ryan Group / Re/Max Victory

Well I guess it is good news and came more quickly than we thought... the blog platform from TP is now available to Keller Williams agents for free as part of our tech package...

If you did not know go check it out...

I have not had the time to check on it completely but my question for everyone is what happens if you leave Keller Williams??? Will the blog go with me? Will I lose it completly? Will I have to pay TP if I want to keep it? If I can keep it what heppen to the "long tail"?...

I am going to try to find out but thought I would gove you all something to think about and we can get back with each other... or if someone already know please post.

If you have any intention of being in business in the near future, you don't want to brand yourself in any way, shape or form with Keller Williams, any more than you are forced to by the real estate board. Brand yourself.

If you leave KW, go to another broker or start out on your own, you walk away with NOTHING. You lose your email (and your former customers), your website and your blog. You have nothing.

Create your OWN website, your OWN blog and use your OWN email address. Then, when (not if... because it happens all the time) you leave, you won't miss a beat.
