two Folsom entries

I would like to know why there are two Folsom CA possibilities when looking up members by location. If you select look up agents by stated then county and finally by city you get two entries for Folsom but their are no other locations that give you two options. Both entries have agents "assigned" I think the first one is for 11 agents and the other for 25. Any ideas why we have multiple entries?
