Hey Gang-

Can we talk, I just left a wonderful home owner that wants to rent out her rrecently passway Aunts property. I will call her aunt fluffy,she was in agreement with market level price,which I was Little shocked,but I try not forecast what going on in my brain when the client is talking

I try to be a pleasant and carry on with our necessity.

 

Please allow me to take you on a  Side note,is it just me? or do we all have wonderful converstion with ourselves,while the clent is off on a side bar talking out how wondeful this house is. Yes Dear- as you smile and all your wanting to say is real it in girl.

 O dear I must be the only one that  smiles when dear youngist Neices remember and reflect about aunt fluffy china pattern that she got at Costco during some snow storm 400 yrs ago.

I just have wonderful convertion with my self till the noise stop and we can get back to plan,but you know it dose take work and patracie to be able to do this.

Knowing this is just awf but sometime it a big time saver or if I'm so hugry at these early moring appoitments, I do make my grocers list out (in my head) or reflect on my to do list,wondering if I emailed, my girl Friday to call the plumber,so  he can get Mr Smith cell phone out of the toilet.

The job is much more than managing Real Estate but we all know this,well the cute little niece has came back around the curve of yeastier year and ready to as question on Advertising oh goody.

The Dather of her Mom's Sister has changed a bit,after talking lovely about the aunt fluffy and remmisting

I hope she didn't her my thoughts on MR Smith cell phone. Anyway those cute Rosy pink cheeks, have gone white and trim and she has focused cleary on the Management contract. I think to my self this is good carry on dear as i tilt my head an smile.

 The sound she made by asking this question to me was  so unpleas fenicked a littlet. What is this!!!

 she asked in a tone that would curl anyone hair.Its an Advertising fee on top of management fee,

well yes dear we have to pay to have the sign delivered to aunt fluffy house,and we have to take picture and videos and blogs, and website it the whole meal deal to get your property rented fast. I really think most clients think I sit around eating ice cream and teasing my hair all day and wait at my desk for them to call.(that right dear! you are my only and very best client and we love you and want many more)

 What the cute girl was hearing was here own grocers list while I was going over the contract,so remember the whole meal deal

Ricky, I think your post is GREAT and is consistent with the day to day activities of a Property Manager. There are a lot of groups in Active Rain that would also appreciate this post except the one above.
