Interested in buying a HUD Home? Right now is time to get ready. Although the number of HUD homes will not flood the market as the non-insured (FHA is a form of financial insurance for bankers), the number of foreclosures in the same value range as HUD homes will bring the value of HUD properties down simply due to supply and demand.
