Mechanic Falls Harvest Hill Farms (125 Pigeon Hill Rd, Mechanic Falls, Maine - Route 26) open for the season on September 18 and is excited to share their Big Corn Maze Adventure, Pumpkin Land, and Gauntlet Haunted Rides now through October 31st. The Big Corn Maze, in the shape of a lobster this year is an adventure, with a few games available for the kids to enjoy while navigating the corn field.
Pumpkin Land is back again with rides, a bounce house, and pumpkin theme entertainment for families with children.
On Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, those who dare can experience The Gauntlet, a haunted night ride set to scare your socks off. According to their website, this is "not your run-of-the-mill haunted hayride". Tickets for the 20 minute ride are very inexpensive at $12.50 each. Sounds like a blast! Enjoy!

Hi Jeff, Just wanted to update your info on Pumpkin Land, The Big Corn Maze Adventure and the Gauntlet Haunted Night ride at Harvest Hill Farms in Mechanic Falls for 2011. Pumpkin Land and the Big Corn Maze Adventure opened this past Weekend (Sept 17/18) and will be open weekends through Oct. 30th. The Gauntlet Haunted Nightride opens October 1st from dark to 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
