Success does not come to the people wait it pasts them by. Success is achieved by those who make the decision to make their own opportunities and then to go after the opportunities with passion.  

By making our days proactive we will turn chance into potential opportunities and occasional into frequent.  Opportunities are all around us, but we have to take the steps to uncover them and turn to them into an advantage.  

Look for opportunities and you will find them. Work at turning your opportunities into business advantages and you will turn your opportunities into success stories.  

When you make your own opportunities you will control your destiny and your results.

Lou, you're exactly right! I often times will observe agents waiting for the phone to ring while playing Solitaire on their computer and NOT making opportunities like they should.
