Don't Leave Home Without ME!
You're thinking of selling your home OR you need to sell your home.. either way, it's going to be Adios to something that you've lived in, probably loved, and have some portion of your life invested in.
You've worked hard to make it HOME. It's YOUR HOME. But now it's time to leave and make another house into your home. Well, just like the commercial for American Express that says "Don't Leave Home Without It." You really don't want to leave your home (for good...sell.. in Southeast Oklahoma without ME."
Why do I say that?
Let me count the ways....
- I'm going to first go through REAL statistics and data and find similar properties that have sold so you know what to expect in the way of offers and sales for YOUR HOME.
- I'm going to walk through your home with you and visit about the various PLUSES (assets) and MINUSES (liabilities) and how it's expected to affect your sales price.
- Then I'm going to visit with you about maximizing those assets and what to do about those liabilities... so we can sell at hopefully the highest price the market can bear.
- I'm going to take lots and lots of photos.. and every time I visit with a client I'll probably be grabbing more photos... picking out only the best for marketing.. shooting videos.. exposing your home in ways that other agents probably haven't even thought about.. (in fact... the competition has called me and asked how to do videos for listings :) )
- Your home is going to be ALL OVER THE INTERNET ( you've probably heard that term... in fact, I always laugh at the commercial where the guy is glassy eyed and thinks he's found the end of the internet. I laugh because I search for the end of the internet in marketing your home or property. I intend to DOMINATE local presence on the internet or work until I do... so far I DO in my area!) So who do you want to list with???
- I answer my phone unless I'm with a client (like you) and then I return phone calls as promptly as I can.
- Offers are gone over thoroughly and a new ESTIMATE OF CLOSING EXPENSES IS COMPLETED for you every time an offer comes in, so that you can see where we're at on it. You will know your estimate of net PRIOR to accepting an offer.
- Statistics indicate that YOU will NET more from your sale by hiring a professional like ME to list your home with...
