Early one morning I set out to take pictures of this house on acreage in Monroe Washington. It was a big house on a large lot and we had been asked to come up with a price for it.

It was clear that the owners of this house on acreage in Monroe Washington had lost hope. The landscaping had been very nice at one time, and now it was overgrown.

At one point this house on acreage in Monroe Washington had had a flood in the basement, so the carpet was all removed. There would be some fix up, both to repair the damage already done, as well as to put in a remedy so it would not happen again.

I noticed everything was spacious in this house on acreage in Monroe Washington, and the living room had large floor to ceiling picture windows. At one time this had been someones dream home.

Now this house on acreage in Monroe Washington was being sold as a short sale, for a low price just to get rid of it, and the sellers had moved on.

It was sad to see this house on acreage in Monroe Washington in its abandoned and unloved state.

I knew that someone would get a good deal on this house on acreage in Monroe Washington. And the love would flow once again. And it would be fixed up and lived in.
