Working short-sales is a tough, time-consuming, and tedious activity.  You have law-offices that are just "churn and burn" foreclosure factories, with minimum wages employees shuffling papers.  You have Asset Managers and banks that are very short-sighted and also not very good at keeping packages intact.  Just pray that their call center is in America so you have a chance at working with them!  This is a group designed to allow people in Wisconsin the opportunity to work together, share some contacts at banks, and try to by-pass the bull!  Please don't hesitate to contact me at any time regarding these matters!
