Downtown Saratoga, is the Village...  A quant location, amist multi-million dollar homes... At the hight of thte Dot.com era, the average prices was in the 1.5mm range...

So I was at the Art and Wine festival last week, and snapped this picture.  It is a residential (I think) unit there in the middle of the village...

Saratoga Home

So, I have no idea, but this nice... small...  unit is right in the middle of everything!

What a cute little house, Chris.  It looks inviting from the outside, it makes me curious how the inside is!?

It is precious! Sitting on a gold mine but not needing to keep up with the Jones'.

Cute. Looks like a little earthquake cottage. And the occupant has a few things to say there in the window. What's Prop Q?

Neat little cottage. I have no idea, but the price will certainly be based on location, location, location...

Chris, Just  yesterday. I showed a 444 sq ft house, two story. Very clever design and very nice 8 acre lot. $113,900

Richard - HAHAHA!  I wonder if it is a studio?  I dunno...  I am going to see if I can pull up anything on it.  :)

Cece - I live in Saratoga and I have no idea...  I googled it, and something about SF or something from a year or two ago?  Maybe about payroll taxes?  Hmm....

BTW, there's a whole movement around small houses-- called (wait. . . it's coming) the "small house movement.' You can google the terms and find all kinds of clever things.
