For those "HUNTER the Hooligan Cat" fans who fell in love with the little furry feline casanova as he modeled the true meaning of "MOUSE PAD" days ago - he is AT it again with his company antics!!
Today he is showing what it means to be 'PAWS" on with client files. To be entrenched into the details of the paperwork. Literally, taking charge of the MLS sheet ! Please note the puckered kitty lips as if he is ready to say something!! Oh the life of the spoiled rotten cat... Can I get a 'MEOW"!

Well if at all possible he would run out the front door and jump the car.. After all he has to be TOP CAT!! I love this late night humor !!

Well that could be a problem to having a paper shredding kitty ! Hunter will attack the toliet paper and leave a nice mess if he is ignored!! I tell ya - can't live with him and can't live without him... Hunter thanks you for your "pretty HANDSOME' compliment!!
My feline assistant thinks it's her job to enter the listing in the MLS or to write my blog! Everytime I get near he computer keyboard, up she jumps on my lap and tries to walk across those keys!
Sherilyn thanks for sharing that. As long as your clients don't have allergies you've got it made. This way you don't have to worry about someone not liking a perfume of cologne but, rather, one animal species or the other. Also, I think this is another way to remind us that WE are indeed the servants of our pets, and not the other way around. Best, Jark.

I love the one where he's sleeping. Something my cats LOVE to do while trying to push my laptop off my lap so they will fit.
