Does Coaching Work, You Ask?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Fran Rokicki Realty, LLC

You bet!  I have my Coach calling me tomorrow morning at 11 am.  They call on time, everytime.  If you forget, they will find you.  They will call your office, your cell and your home.  Thank Goodness! Don't misunderstand, they are very kind and they are there to serve you.  If I am out and about on my call day, I bring my papers with me. The Coaching call is 30 minutes.

Your Coach is there to help you grow, to make your goals.  I value this time so much.  I take notes, especially because I don't want to end my call with my Coach, then immediately jump into a call with a client or another agent and forget what we discussed for Plan A or Plan B.  For me, he keeps me on course.  I tend to wander and drift.  He stops that cold.

We will go over my Realtor numbers.  Knowing where you are, gets you to where you want to be.  My budget is watched and adjustable.  We look again, at my goals.  30 day, 90 day, 6 month and 1 year.  Keeps the focus on track.

Lastly, we hit the five circles.  Like Brian Buffini says, if one circle goes flat, the process hits a bump, like a tire about to go flat.  I like that it is the last step to the call, it makes me realize what is important.  Helps me to focus on each of them a little more.  Personal, Spiritual, Family, Business and Financial.  Yes, it really works!  Thanks Buff!

It's a Good Life!

Great blog........I believe coaches are necessary for many, and a few people like myself lean on other professionals in the industry to keep up the ambition and/or motivation.
