John - Sunsets in at the beach in Pelican Bay are truly a beautiful site to behold. After 11 years of living here, I have tons of sunset photos! One of the perks of living in Pelican Bay is being able to go to the beach every day. I was born and raised in Chicago, so I never fail to appreciate the beauty of Pelican Bay and Naples. Thanks for your good wishes!

This place looks wonderful. Is this a condo type setup? If so one story or two and what are the association fees? Good Luck on the sale.

Bob, This is a low rise condo building with two floors and 12 units in the building. There is a total of 188 units in L'Ambiance. This unit is on the first floor. The association fees $1,485.00 quarterly. This fee includes the yearly Pelican Bay fee. I had a showing on the unit today. Lord knows what will happen. I'll follow up with the showing agent on Tuesday.
