September was a quiet month for real estate in Edmond's Park Lane Estates. During September 2010, two homeowners listed their property for sale. The two new listings bring the total number of available homes (defined as listed in the Oklahoma City MLS) currently listed to nine. The average list price is $154,388 after 71 days on the market. Most of the listings have had a reduction in price during that time.
