I think it is doing great. I have a bad feeling about some of my clients who keep saying they want to wait until the market hits bottom. I comped an area yesterday that showed prices are on a slight rise and are actually above the "pre-boom" prices from 2 years ago. These will be the same people in 2 years who will say, "I wish I had bought 2 years ago...."
