After we have provided a service for the clients regardless if we were able to make the sell or not.

How do you get testimonials from clients?

 i would like to start getting testimonials from clients, but i don't know what to ask

what do you recommend i should ask..

i need at least 10 good strong questions.

Please help.

I think asking for testimonials is a little wierd.  I would just ask for help to evaluate our service.  I would just ask a few questions like what things you liked about working with us and what things you didnt like.

Surveys are a great way to get honest feedback from clients.  I have one I use but its at the office.  Its mailed out with a return address to just the office, not to me.  That way they feel they can be honest.  Eamil me and I can send it to you tomorrow

When you are looking to create a list of questions I would sit and think about what services or areas of the transaction would be important to YOU if you were in fact the consumer.

Did I respond in a timely manner?

Did I answer all your questions to make you feel at ease during the buying/selling process?

Would you refer me to a friend or family member if they needed my services?

Of course I would send a thank you not and include a list of questions to "help you improve your service" to others.  Include a self addressed stamped envelope. 

I am sure you will come up with just the right survey to fit your style!
