Happy To Be Part of the Team at Tierra Antigua Realty in Tucson, AZ
This morning I awoke to a short little note from one of my friends here on Active Rain named Juli Vosmik. Juli does a great job with promoting her locale (Scottsdale, AZ) and has a listening nature combined with a sweet sense of humor. Check her out - you'll be glad you did.
Anyway, the email was a request for more information about the Real Estate Company I work for, Tierra Antigua Realty. She knows someone who works for another agency down here in Tucson that had a few questions.
First off, this post is NOT about any other Real Estate Company in Tucson - I really know nothing about them. This is all about pride of ownership in the fantastic group we call Tierra Antigua Realty, with broker Kim Clifton at the helm.
We're a group of over 800 agents, and we have 2 main Tucson branches, as well as in Sierra Vista. I visited Matt Clifton a day or two before I took my final exam. Within 5 minutes I knew I wanted to work for him for several reasons:
- 1. He was a listener. No hard sell of the company
- 2. He said that the focus at Tierra Antigua was quality service for long lasting client relationships, not the number of sales an agent brought in
- 3. Continuing education - free. Nights, days, weekends -- you name it - it's available. That has expanded over the five years I've worked with Tierra Antigua.
I returned the afternoon I passed my test, signed my contract, and haven't looked back.
The office support is amazing. We have a help line to call with questions 24/7. Someone WILL call back within an hour of any message. Brokers and Sales Managers are available to walk you through your questions or issues. Continuing education is made available, and encouraged.
The technology offered by Tierra Antigua Realty is another plus. Along the lines of support, we are given actual checklists to follow in any process - so you can't really mess up! All forms are available online or on a disc. We have an intranet forum where any question, any subject, can be broached or researched. We have a Mercado that links us to all the websites necessary to run our business.
Our company is linked with SIKKU. Driving past a home for sale on the street you'd like more information about? Dial TUC74558 and you'll get a text to your phone with basic information and the agent to call.
Need professional referrals for contractors and laborers? We've got a huge company site with trusted leads.
Looking to join a specialty group - Land sales, commercial, luxury homes? These team efforts are encouraged and supported within our agency.
Interested in website creation or virtual tours for your listing - we've got them.
