Leeland Station features an amazing array of amenities to enhance your lifestyle.  From jogging trails, acres and acres of reserved common areas, exceptional homes, an exquisite clubhouse, brand new elementary school and the VRE all within walking distance, you will be hardpressed to leave this community.  Aside from offering an array of new and resale single family homes, Leeland Station also offers an Active Adult Community from Ridan Builders.

With shopping only minutes away on Leeland Rd and Deacon Rd, you can literally walk to all your destinations to do your day to day errands!  A new Bloom grocery store, an assortment of restaurants, video store, dry cleaners, hair salons, and more are right around the corner.  Don't forget...Old Town Fredericksburg is literally minutes away!

For a limited time (August 17th through September 16th) Richmond American Homes will credit eligible buyers with a 3% credit toward their closing costs on selected models.  Conditions apply so be sure to call me, Leeland Station's Neighborhood Realtor, for more information.  And, as always, if looking in any new home community, remember the sales associate you are dealing with works for the seller - NOT the buyer.  Never see a new homes community without representation.  As a Buyer's Representative, my services are absolutely free.  No administrative fees, no retainer fees, nothing.  My compensation comes from the seller but I represent you and only you - always !

Irene, look and sounds like a nice area. What is the price range? I it near Fredricksburg? Just trying to figure out the location.

Hi Charles - Leeland Station homes are selling starting in the $400's and going up to the low $500's (of course, that's base price).  I just came back from there this morning to add more photos to the tour.  It includes an active adult community, and the final phases are in the works which will include shopping, some townhomes, and more recreational areas.  If you're heading north on 95, it's off of Exit 136 (Stafford Regional Airport) and if you're heading south, Exit 133 (Falmouth).  There are proposed to be 740 units all together.  It's one of the only communities in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area that has held its value and sold well during this transition period.

Oh, by the way, it's about 5 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg...there's a walking path now from Deacon Rd which leads you all the way into town so you could actually walk or ride your bike if you wanted to...although it's about 4 miles.

Irene:  I used to live in Fredericksburg, and have many friends who still live there.  Please... can you email me more information on these homes.  Thanks a bunch.

Great looking subdivision!  Is Fredericksburg both in Stafford and Spotsylvania counties?

Yes...Fredericksburg postal addresses in Stafford are 22405 and 22406 zip codes and in Spotsy are 22407 and 22408.  All zip codes border the Rappahannock River and have Downtown Fredericksburg in the middle.  Confusing, isn't it?

Yes it is!  I guess I never paid attention to it too much!  I used to shop a lot at the Fredericksburg Mall in the early 1980's when we lived in Charles County before they had their own mall!

Is there a map of the walking trails in Leeland Station?
