Chris, that's great! I would love to take a road trip across America sometime! I went with family when I was 10, from Oregon to Indiana... Thanks for the great pics!

Chris, I never saw that side of Mississippi before, it is beautiful. It is different from the part of Mississippi I visited.

I've somehow managed to make it to every state in the south except for Mississippi. Been meaning to slip past the border on one of my Memphis trips.
Maybe I'll do the same as you, when I'm at NAR next month. Nice pictures.
Chris, I've lived in all the coastal southern states from Maryland to Texas with the exceptions of Mississippi and Georgia... spent many years as a kid in Leesville, LA...the other side of the state from Slidell. If you get down to the French Quarter while there...go to Central Grocery Company and have a muffeletta sandwich. It'll be one of the best sandwiches you'll ever have!
