closed subdivision office

My office represents a small subdivision of new homes in Arizona City, Az. Today we closed the model's office and it doesn't look like the second phase will be started for awhile. There are so many big subdivisions in my area that are still building even though the market stinks.They continue to build and then discount  them by giving all the upgrades. This hurts the people that have purchased in the last six to twelve months. It is all about the stock holders. We all know that there are ups and downs in this business but it would really be nice to see the new builds slow down so that we can catch up. There are so many nice homes out there for sale
