There have probably been studies done about the fact that when you feel like you look your best, you perform better than usual. If not, we have just done our own study on us and that is the case. We find that when we are driving a spotlessly clean vehicle, the same principal applies. Add freshener to the mix and it gets even better. Shiny wheels? Wahoo!

On a day when there is not a cloud in the sky it seems appropriate to add some shine to the day. So, we did! The car had not been spiffed in a few weeks and the interior had taken on some dust elements. We do after all spend almost all out waking hours in the car.

Given the opportunity for a discounted hand waxing, we decided to invest the few extra bucks and minutes in what we have come to know will be a beautiful experience.

So, with our shiny exterior our inner beauty should really shine through. We started looking for those little extras to make our service extraordinary. We are planning to do an open house this weekend, so we started considering what we could do to make the effort more profitable and desirable for the clients involved.

Having done a lot of Open Houses over the years, we are aware that they are not always worth the time. So, why is that?  Is it because all the folks shopping for a house such as this one do not know it is available for an easy viewing? What can we do about that? Probably nothing. We can however be sure that the immediate neighbors know about it.

Aim that shiny vehicle to a paper source to find an extraordinary canvass for a creative invitation, and then design one. This invitation should make each person who gets one want to invite friends or relatives that they would like to have in the neighborhood. Who do you know who you would like to have live close to you? Who knows the neighborhood better than the neighbors? Just think! In addition to letting people know about this stunning listing, you might be able to advance a relationship or even two. Neighborhoods are made up of folks with similar interests. Consider the possibilities!

And to think that it all began with a desire for a clean vehicle. Now to come up with something in an extraordinary snack for the masses that this effort will no doubt generate.
