In my opinion The Grove Club is one of the best small condominiums in Coconut Grove. I am a stickler for well kept landscaping and The Grove Club has an on site maintenance manager who keeps the property (interior and exterior) in great condition. I am in the building once a week because it is the pickup location for our local organic co-op and every time I walk through the open courtyard I am amazed at the serene and peaceful setting. Located just steps from the center of Coconut Grove, Fresh Market and Kennedy Park this boutique building should be on your list if you are in the market for a condo.
