Those are some seriously big condos, with some pretty good prices on them, too. I know they sell, obviously, but I just think if I'm going to spend that much money on a place to live, it should be a house, unless I'm rich enough to buy one of those condos as a vacation home.
Jane – They are some of the more reasonable HOA fees for Mission Valley, especially for a newer community such as Escala. The whole Escala complex is so large that they get the benefit of the collective without the diminishing returns.
Bryan – These are some of the largest condominiums in Mission Valley. I know what you mean about a house, though, but a house also comes with much more maintenance, such as the roof, painting the exterior, keeping the stucco in good condition, keeping tree roots out of the sewer pipes, etc.
