Senior High School pictures photography and portraits- by the Best professional Photographer in Hampton Roads - Virginia 
My daughter is 17 and in her last year of high school.. During the summer we did the yearbook pictures, but with such limited time that the photographer gets, no wonder, I was disappointed on the pictures that came out. She has this fake smile for pictures that I know is not my daughter. While at the school they looked ok, but when we received the prints at home we were both very disappointed. Our friend Leila Wylie photographer in Portsmouth Virginia has been posting these amazing photos of families, kids and babies on her Facebook page. They are absolutely gorgeous and unique. They are usually on location or at people's homes. It occurred to me that she probably did Senior pictures too. Next time we saw her we arranged for a session for , but it had to be canceled due to one of the many storms that we have had recently. If you are in the wrong area in Hampton Roads, you can end up disconnected from your home with all the flooding. We of course wanted a nice sunny day. On Saturday, after several days of rain the sun came out for our appointment with Leila Wylie a Senior Picture Photographer in Portsmouth VA. Valerie had a sleep over the night before, so I told her to be home by 1pm. Our appointment was at 4pm, as Leila told us that the lighting was best at that time for what she had in mind. The night before I had asked Valerie if she had everything ready for her Senior High School pictures photography and portraits- by the Best professional Photographer in Hampton Roads - Virginia, and she said yes. 
Well, my daughter is a teen, and her idea of ready for the shoot is different from mine. She came home by 1 pm, and started to pack the items that she wanted to take, plus she remembered to do her nails. I had only allowed time for hair and make up. Needless to say for the next two hours we ran like chickens with our heads cut off. (Mainly Valerie)
Before our appointment Leila had sent us information about the session, and we/they had had several conversations regarding what to wear and what props to bring. Valerie loves music and plays the cello and violin with the school chamber and symphony orchestras. She also paints in oil, reads and does many other things including being a mega-Harry Potter fan. Leila had mentioned that I should probably let them do their thing that way Valerie would relax and be her self. She is shy. So we packed my car with all the props of what Valerie wanted. We were to meet in a coffee shop in beautiful Olde Towne Portsmouth, and the old city would be the back drop for the shoot. (All of these are Leila's ideas)
We arrived for Valerie's session for her Senior High School pictures photography and portraits- by the Best professional Photographer in Hampton Roads - Virginia and for the next couple hours they walked the streets, and Leila talked and made Valerie feel comfortable for these photos. I followed them from afar taking pictures of both of them, and when ready with changes, I was involved. I tried to be as laid back as possible because yes I am a Mom and had many opinions on what should be done. ( I zipped my lips)
I was very impressed with Leila's keen eye to find the right backdrop for each outfit and got Valerie to pose like a profesional. I can't wait to see the pictures, as we have only seen a couple of of sneak peaks, but I will be sharing them when we get them.
