Westwood High School ~ Austin, Texas 78750 ~ Embracing Komen Race For The Cure ~ Nov.7, 2010

Tuesday night, October 5th, 2010, I watched my granddaughter Hailey's Westwood HS Varsity Volleyball team play a gut wrenching series of games against Leander HS.  The spirit of the "Warriors" gymnasium was infectious as I looked over a sea of pink!  Spectators, the volleyball team and cheerleaders were all wearing pink!  Raffle tickets and cupcakes were sold benefitting the annual "Komen Race For The Cure" event held November 7th, 2010.
