LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Attendees of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America's (AREAA) National Real Estate and Marketing Conference can take advantage of innovative REO training offered by VRM University on Oct. 8-9, 2010 at the Bellagio Las Vegas.

The two-day certification course is being offered before the start of the marketing conference on Oct. 10-12, 2010. The conference is expected to draw 1,800 active real estate professionals who work in underserved markets. The objective of both NAHREP and AREAA is to help empower practitioners so they can increase the rate of homeownership in their communities. Conference sessions also will highlight the state of multicultural real estate markets.

The luncheon session on Oct. 12, 2010 will feature Keith D. Murray, CEO and president of Vendor Resource Management, which developed VRM University. Vendor Resource Management, a leading asset management firm based in Plano, Texas, also is the luncheon sponsor. Vendor Resource Management manages over 100,000 assets annually for corporate sellers.

The comprehensive training offered by VRM University is critical for the current real estate market. Federal and local governments desperately want to alleviate the destabilization of neighborhoods because of unprecedented foreclosures. Banks struggle to maintain and sell a glut of housing inventory, and real estate firms are either languishing or shutting down because of the crisis.
