15 Comments on A Loan Officer Who Makes House Calls? Differentiate Yourself! Get Noticed!
Mike, you certainly do set yourself apart! What a terrific service you offer your clients and agents.
Was in your part of the world and had really wanted to connect. Unfortunately when we are in Tucson it's to help my folks! Dad turned 92 on Sunday... we spent the visit sorting through 20 years of accumulated stuff in their garage! Now that was a job... Hopefully one of these trips we can grab a coffee!
Mike! Great Advice, something we all could live by. I like the graphic too!!
Mike - Yep, been there done that! I make house calls too as well as office calls to my clients office or their Realtors office. I don't mind. Whatever it takes to get the job done and let everyone know I'm a team player.
Since house calls are part of my job Mike, I think if I had worn a hat w/ your friend pictured in the photo it could get me noticed a bit more!
In all seriousness, I have my ways in extended follow w/ out the meter running that my clients appreciate and spread the word around.
Hi Mike, I like your BNI mascot! Hmmm a bookworm with glasses. Cute!
Mike,
Very good advice!
I had my LO's take as many applications as possible at the clients homes. Home is where the client keeps all the exhibits you'll need! My people rarely took apt's in our office, I was there I didn't need them there. Our applications were split about even between the buyer's homes and the selling brokers office.
I've attended many an open house with my REALTORS, but never that I can recall a listing appointment.

Hey, Mike, timing is everything. I was going to call you today and got busy - you know the drill. Do they still have the FHA/VA combined loan for the veterans who only have partial entitlement? I didn't have time to check my websites and, honestly, it's just a curiosity thing. Maybe ask Elizabeth? She's always up on things.
Mike, that sounds like a great book. Definitely something that I will add to my reading list. Thanks for sharing this. I'm not big on house calls but have done them in the past. They work.
Somehow it doesn't surprise me that this is how you run your business!
That chicken is such a book worm. He keeps busy reading and going to BNI meetings. What a life.
HI MIKE! I am living proof that you make house calls -- it was a WOW for me and the clients! -- Gab
