We survived the borderline buyer and suffered through the appraisal review slash on one deal. Asbestos and a furnace drawing its last breath did not halt our forward march on transaction number two. The third deal involved one of the longest repair lists I've ever seen, but after three walk-throughs we finally closed that one too.
Hallelujah! It has been a long time since I closed three escrows during the same week.
I don't know if it is the market or me, but between the two of us this was one busy week. The market is more demanding but I am more determined!

Wow! Would you blow some of that success dust in this direction?
Patricia - It's headed your way!
Hey Norma, three in a row you say? I believe in Hockey that is called a "natural hat trick". This is when hockey players score three in a row, you pulled a "natural real estate hat trick" three sales in a row...way to go!!
Thanks Laura! I don't know hockey but I know it felt great to close on three properties this week!
Carole - you've got that right...a Hat Trick!!! Congrats Norma - well done! Now keep riding the wave! Cheers, Wendy Betts - Vancouver BC
Congratulations, Norma. In this climate, survival alone is a success!
Wendy - It was a wild week but rewarding!
Gwen - I am grateful for the business--and glad to get them closed!

Ahhh, determination combined with demand....I miss those days <sigh>. Kudos Norma!
Richard - A long weekend is in the works...
Colleen - Bless those buyers and past clients and that's all I have to say!
Rock n' Roll !! I don't think I have ever closed 3 separate transactions in one week. Hard work pays off.
Congratulations, Norma! Even though unemployment is at 10%, that means 90% are employed, and if we 90% continue to work hard, we'll create some jobs for the other 10%.
Virginia - Take it from me, you may never want to close three in one week--it was pretty much a sleepless week...
Jim - I'm grateful I am with the 90% and will try to do what I can for the 10% unemployed by stimulating the housing market in my little corner of the economy to the best of my ability.
