Really, we have been saying this for a while, that now is the time to buy a home and yet another argument to buy now but the truth is, it just keeps getting better. Wow! Look at the facts: · We believe interest rates are at such a low level that we will never again see rates this low. · Inventory levels of homes for sale in the Madison area are good. · And Seller sentiment is low, so they are willing to give more away than they would otherwise.
All this means an amazing chance of a great 
purchase and a very reasonable monthly purchase.
Of course, things will change. Rates will go up. And as soon as sellers get a sniff of an improving Housing market, they will immediately become bolder and not offer such good deals.
If you can qualify, and have a stable job and are planning on being in the same place for 5 years or so, you really have nothing to lose.
Let’s look at the negative, even if values do not increase in 5 years, you will still have:- tax benefits, benefits of living in your own home, possibly lower payments than renting, and paid down mortgage.
