Run (or walk) in the Sam I Am 5K and/or 1-mile runs on Oct. 9th in Perry GA. Proceeds will go to the family of Sam Kinnas in Houston, Texas to offset costs related to his cancer treatments. The course is the same as the Dogwood Festival 5K.
The 5K starts at 8:30a in downtown Perry at the parking lot behind the old courthouse (corner of Ball St/Main St). The 1-mile fun run beings at 8:45a.
Entry fee is $25. There is a $100 prize to 1st overall male and female.
Run the race in the morning then stay for the Georgia National Fair.
