- Hopewell - 52 single family homes sold, nine - 4-bedrooms, the others - less. Multifamily -36 homes sold.

- Montgomery Township- 42 properties available, mostly 3 bedrooms and six - 4 bedroom homes.
- West Windsor - 63 properties available, mostly 2 and 3 bedroom, two - 4 bedroom homes.
- Hopewell Township and Borough - 97 properties available, many 4 and 5 bedrooms and single family homes.

Nice post Faina. I like the way you put this together. I might do one of these for the Tallahassee Market. I will use $250K however.... Our prices aren't tooooooo crazy yet.
