I have written about or shared many links on twitter about Robo Signer and the recent news about several major banks implementing a moratorium on foreclosures. It seems some banks have discovered they may not have followed the laws regarding foreclosures and then we find out Congress had passed a bill onto Pres Obama to sign that would have given the banks a loophole to slip thru.
