The question is not "Do you want to live in Sarasota?" The question that I always am asking is, "Where in Sarasota do you want to live?" With so many great areas within and around Sarasota, the choices can be overwhelming at first.
That is primarily why we developed a Neighborhoods of Sarasota page on our web site. We have broken down the areas to make it a little easier for you to see what the area offers and to be able to see the homes that area for sale in just that particular Neighborhood.

It is one thing to just have a list for you to look at. But it is entirely different when you can click onto any of these Sarasota neighborhood names and you will be taken to a page that has just the homes that are for sale in that neighborhood. We have done that also with the barrier Island, Siesta Key. Siesta Key is an 8 mile long barrier Island connected to Sarasota by 2 draw bridges. Siesta Key has many condominium complexes that are right along the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, along with having many different neighborhoods through-out the Island. Click onto a condominium complex and learn a little about that complex and then view the condos that are for sale.
