Worthington home sale prices are up! 

The average single family home sales price was up 9.4% in September 2010 from a year earlier.  Homes in Worthington the average active (list ) price was down 15.6% from September 2009.  The graph shows single family home prices in the Worthington City School District for the past 15 months.

September Worthington single family home sales were down 63.7%  from September 2009.

• Average active price $248,000
• Average sale price $221,000
• Median sale price $215,000

• 340 homes for sale
• 29 homes sold
• 10.5 months of inventory based on current sales, up 291.9% (that's a buyers market!)

Worthington home sales  September  2010 neighborhoods

City of Worthington neighborhoods that had home sales in September 2010 included Colonial Hills, Kilbourne Village, Perry Highlands,  Potters Creek, Worthington Estates East and Worthingway.  One sale was reported as Old Worthington but the 1960s split level is not in the Old Worthington area (the original Village of Worthington.)

Homes in Brookside Woods, Deer Creek, Old Sawmill, Stilson Village and Summerwood sold in City of Columbus neighborhoods in the Worthington City School District. 

A home in Worthington Hills looks like the only Worthington schools home sold during the month in an unincorporated area, Perry Township.
