I heard about it a few days ago. It has some very interesting information on the site, and I'm not sure how accurate it actually is.  I wouldn't give it to a client to look at as I don't think the demographics are right and I don't want to be responsible for a buyer not liking an area because of this information.

Hey Monika - cool site!  I'd never heard of this before.  Some of the info on my town seems pretty accurate, some of it is way off, but interesting nonetheless.  I love sites like this to get this kind of info from.  Thanks for sharing!

Nice site Monica. The population for Poinciana is off by almost 50,000 people so I assume the data is at least 5 years old(at least for Poinciana). They show a population of 20K when it should be closer to 70k. BUT the percentages look pretty accurate. I have saved the site for future use. Thanks for sharing this.

Hi Bryant... 50,000 is a huge number. Jay is treating me like a princess...he just booked us back into the beach on Monday for 4 more days. Sweet!
