Pre-foreclosures/New Homes

With mounting inventories in pre-foreclosures, it's almost impossible to find buyers to fit the need.  North Port is a bedroom community within minutes to Venice & Sarasota.  We have prices in the $150's for new homes and we can't find enough buyers to save the homes from foreclosure.  Please send anyone looking for a bargain to check out North Port, Florida.  It's the 3rd largest city by land area (103 square miles).  There are new commercial business popping up all over and we need people to help keep the growth happening.  If you're not familiar with North Port, it's worth a look.  Thanks for keeping us in mind.
