3495 Aviary Way In Lake Ridge Just Sold!

3495 Aviary Way caused quite a buzz with Lake Ridge first time home buyers.  Buyers were relieved to find this gem that had been updated from top to bottom by the owner.

On the exterior, the owner repaved the walkway (can you believe that I actually tripped up the stairs when I arrived for the listing appointment!  I told the owner that it was a must.) The gutters were also replaced, in addition to some touching up of the landscaping for extra curb appeal.

The owner replaced all of the doors with six panel doors.  On the walkout lower level, the owner replaced the sliding glass door.

3495 Aviary Way backed up to trees, and with a newly updated and stained deck, the new homebuyer could easily visualize rest and relaxation along with some backyard barbeques.
