James..Michigan Ave turns into Lake Shore Drive and Park Place Towers is right at Irving & Lake SHore so you are practically right on top of it! All you do is cross Lake Shore and you are at the Lake! Find me a buyer and I'd be very happy!

I went to a Real Estate Conference in July of last year in Chicago. Stayed at the Chicago Hilton overlooking the Lake. I found Chicago to be "my kind of town", I loved it. I couldn't imagine having that view and being in Chicago for only $400,000. That should sell quickly?

Looks real nice. Chicago is a hot town. I love Chicago. My wife and I go there many times. I grew up in Chicago but live in Northwest Indiana. I am Licensed in Illinois also. I sold my brothers condo a few years ago and there were 36 showings over the weekend and we had 8 offers. The condo was at 1660 N. LaSalle. He faced Lincoln Park and the Lake. My son currently lives on Ashland about 8 blocks north of Wrigley Field.

Chuck I used to live at Outer Drive East myself. I forgot how exciting and full of electricity the city was until I went down to list these condos! It is just so full of energy, it makes you feel alive again! v was smiling and walking around and saying hello to me! Out here in the burbs, that doesn't seem to be the case. I guess the energy is catchy! I told my husband we should go spend a weekend downtown. Please share thiswith your son..who knows..he might have some Cubs fans looking!

Lucky, the condo is 1160 square feet. The floor plan can be found here: It is a 01 unit. The association fees are $643.00 but that includes your utilities, pool, fitness center, rec room, etc. They pay for heat, air conditioning, cable, water & garbage! Parking can be purchased or rented. There are different levels. If you wanted the top off the line parking..where a valet actually parks the car for you..they can be bought for around $35,000. That's one time purchase fee..NOT a year. I'm checking in to the rental fee.
