In September there were a total of 177 homes sold, 8 less than last month. Here is the breakdown.
As of September 30, 2010 there were 583 active homes for sale in the Active Adult 55+ communities. Of those, 68 were Contingent Sales meaning they were under contract but not all conditions of the contracts had been met yet. And, there were 82 Pending Sales waiting to close.
