Jim - at these affordable prices why wouldn't someone buy here? Holy cow!
Jim, the Rancho Mission Villas in Mission Valley sound very inviting. Nice amenities.
Jim, these seem to be really affordable for your area. Sounds like there are some deals to be had.
Anthony – I don’t have a listing in there right now, but this community is just one of the thirty-nine communities that I work in, in Mission Valley. I love condo communities, and since they are usually less expensive than a similar house of the same size, they are more affordable to San Diegans. Real estate here is not inexpensive.
Tony and Darcy – It is!
Nevin – They are priced right, and there’s a lot of activity.
Maria – It’s one of the nicer communities built in the 1970s, but generally the whole Mission Valley area is well taken care of. That’s one of the reasons why I work in this area. With better maintenance come fewer problems for buyers and sellers.
