"Real Estate Do It Your Selfers"

Most of us have our own way of doing things. We are experts in our own fields but need professional help at certian times in our lives. It is easy to believe that we could be "real estate do it yourselfers" and don't need professional help. I ask you " Would you represent yourself in court" If you answered no... why...? Those may be the same reasons that you want to have a "real estate guide". Having an agent that cares about you, about your goals and "Helps others reach thier goals" is someone for you. I met with a couple tonight that have searched online for several weeks. Through thier research my site came up a lot and so they decieded to call me. Listening to thier story I was excited to take notes and see that "these are real people" wanting to find joy in having thier own home. They were very responsible with thier money and they were working on getting preapproved. After developing a relationship of trust they quickly wanted me to do more stuff for them.
