Settlers Point
This is a small subdivision between Gilbert Rd and Lindsay Rd off of Warner Rd. It is close to shopping, malls and entertainment. There is a large green park area, and access to the Consolidated Canal path which leads right to Freestone Park when you follow it north east.
One of the best places to east breakfast or lunch in Gilbert is Joe's Farm Grill in Agritopia. This floor plan flows well, very comfortable to live in. You can click on the previous link for a peek.
