Lightening strikes Twice

By

Lightening does indeed strike twice in Real estate. And it may become more than an odd occurrence. I am working with a buyer, again , who may have no credit. Always pays bills , has no credit cards, however in this case there are car payments that may help us out. This may be more and more the norm as young folks tighten their belts in these uncertain times. So if you are working with young first time buyers yo ironically have to advise them on how a little debt is a good thing!!Ssecond time it has happened to me in 12 months. I am wondering if there will be a trend of these challenging types of folks who want to buy a home

HI CHARLIE!  This oddity is starting to be more common!  I've found that these take time - and are well worth the extra effort! -- Gab

My daughter has no US based credit.  She has been living in the UK for 6 years.  And of course the good credit she has established there doesn't translate to here.  A solid bank account and no credit.  You are right it may well be a trend.

Charlie,

What was once old is new again. Not a lot yet but could be the beginning of a trend.
