Low Sold Price was $190,000; Low Marketing Time was 57 Days
Average Sold Price was $190,000; Average Marketing Time was 57 Days
One less listing sold this month, compared to last. And since it's only one sale, the high low and average price and times are the same. So for the purposes of this report, we'll compare this price as an average to last month. The average sold price last month was $204,250....so we've definitely seen a decrease in one month's time. Average marketing time last month was 11 days, so we've also seen a bad trend in one month's time here, with marketing time increasing 46 days.
Every townhouse on the market in Kingsbrooke is a Short Sale this month. And if you, or someone you know owes more than they will get for the sale of their Kingsbrooke townhouse, it is vitally important to hire an agent familiar, not only with the local market, but the Short Sale process. I'm happy to meet both those criteria, and am here to help those families in need of a Bristow Short Sale Agent.
