Aloha, Jeff! Beautiful photos...they do a fantastic job of making someone WANT to contact you about buying Vacation Rental Investments on Maui! :)

I hope the photos will create desire for people to want to visit and perhaps own a vacation rental here on Maui. A couple years ago people were buying vacation rentals that wouldn't cash flow...well prices have come down so now some of them will generate a small income after the debt service and hoa dues.
I looked at a long term rental unit last night...$165k renting for $1150 a month. It's a short sale and could probably be picked up for $145k...that will cash flow after PI and hoa dues.!
Leilani...let me know when you might be ready to invest. ;-)
