Donna, you are absolutely right...it does shine. What a gorgeous house. With all those windows I would imagine that view must be spectacular. The Home Buyer for John Call Road will be very lucky!

Gena:  Thank you for taking a look at this listing.  This is a fabulous home and I need to post more pictures which I just haven't had the time.  I hope to do that shortly.  I appreciate your feedback and I'm glad you got to see how I used one of your gifts.  Thankyou.

Donna -

Looks like an A+ - what a fun listing!

But I have to ask - did you count all those windows or did the client provide that fun tidbit?

Can't wait to see this one marked "SOLD"

Looking at your widget. I have a client that has a home listed in your neck of the woods. They did drop the name of Donna. :)

Maureen:  The pictures do not do justice.  This is a beautiful home and 3 private acres.  Very convenient to town and yet privaby galore.  Thank you for your comment.  The homeonwer will be pleased to see what you have written.

Debbie:  Actually, I did count all the windows.  The homeowner told me there were 52 and so I had to see for myself.  And I agree with you totally - I can't wait to see this one marked "sold" as well.  The homeowner is such a nice person and he loves this house but family obligations require him to live elsewhere and so he has to sell this one.

Keith:  I must be slow today, didn't qute get the part about drop the name of Donna.

Debbie Cook:  Thank you for your comment.  The home is even better when you can see it in person.

We have a listing here in Paulding where the client has a log home in Blue Ridge listed too. I sort of remembering your name mentioned but it was several weeks ago.

Ken:  I do have a listing for a very nice person who currently resides in Paulding.  She has been simply wonderful and her cabin is exceptional.  It's Lords View so look for it in my blog or on localism when you get a chance.  Super nice!  Thanks for letting me know.  It really is a small world.

Donna,

I love the beautiful architecture of this gem!

The angled walls and 6-sided porch is cool!

Kathy:  I was so excited to get this listing.  It is such a nice home but the market is so challenging for a property in this price range.  Someone is going to get a super nice, large estate.  It's just a matter of time.

Diane:  Thank you.  The home has beautiful architectural detail.

Lucky Lang: I agree, that's what really got my attention when I went after the listing.  I was very excited to get this listing and the house truly is stunning.  Thank you for your feedback.

Well Donna-

I see no problem having the sold sign hanging from it soon.

It is more than a home- it's a work of art!

Maureen:  I know the homeowner is happy to hear such positive feedback but we need a buyer.  If anyone has one, please send him/her my way!!!  I do pay referral fees to licensed agents.  Thanks again for your comment.  Your feedback is always welcomed.
