As a professional home stager in Atlanta, one of the most frequently asked questions I get asked by home owners who are preparing their home for the market is how to dress up their table. Whether it's the eat-in table, dining room, or counter-top in the kitchen, a few additions can truly help set your home apart from the others on the market.
Here are some quick tips for setting a table:
- Select a centerpiece - Color and scale are important so be selective.
- Plate settings - Not every table needs to be set to the nines. For example, if you've set the dining room table, then use a centerpiece only for the kitchen eat-in.
- Keep it simple - With staging, we want to reduce the amount of visual clutter.
